Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests. In the event of a no-show, a $20 deposit will be required next time. Gift vouchers or prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Spa treatments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed without a confirmed booking. By booking a spa appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
